기름때가 많다면?
When existing walls or ceilings need to be painted as they are, if the site was previously a restaurant and has a lot of grease residue, water-based paint often does not produce the desired color properly. Even after painting, a yellowish stain usually bleeds through. In that case, you need to apply oil-based paint first to cover the areas where the heavy grease is bleeding through, and then apply the desired final color.
기존 벽체나 천장을 그대로 칠해야 하는 경우 만약 음식집이었던 현장이라 기름때가 많다면 수성페인트는 원하는 색이 제대로 칠해지지 않는 경우가 많습니다. (보통 칠을 해도 누렇게 베어나옵니다) 그럴 때는 유성 페인트를 칠하여 기름때가 많아 베어나오는 부분을 감춘 후 원하는 본 색상을 칠해야 합니다.

A full putty finish, also called a three-putty finish, is a technique often used in home interiors or high-end sites. It is commonly used in more detailed processes to correct surface level differences as much as possible and create a smooth finish. Since this site is a delivery-focused store, we finished it with rollers and brushes after completing the two-putty process. Depending on the site conditions, spray painting may also be done after the two-putty process. If you consider this approach, you can also reduce the estimate for a painted interior while maintaining a reasonable level of quality.
올퍼티(3퍼티)는 홈인테리어나 고급 현장에서 많이 사용하는 기법입니다. 면의 단차를 최대한 바로 잡고 매끈하게 만들기 위해서 더 세밀한 공정에 많이 이용합니다. 이번 현장은 배달을 전문으로 하는 매장이므로 2퍼티 완료 후 롤러와 붓으로 마감했습니다. (현장 상황에 따라 2퍼티 후 뿜칠하기도 합니다) 이러한 방법을 고려한다면 적당한 퀄리티로 페인트 인테리어 견적을 절약할 수도 있습니다.
