While working on school painting projects recently, we have noticed that interior design is advancing rapidly, with many efforts to transform not only ordinary hallways and classrooms but also practice rooms, administrative offices, and other spaces into more upscale environments. As interest in interior design and expectations for it continue to rise overall, public institutions also seem to be demanding higher-quality interior finishes in response.

Full skim coating is usually done in high-end commercial spaces or luxury homes to achieve a premium paint finish, because it creates smooth walls and ceilings with almost no unevenness between gypsum boards, allowing the paint to look like it has been applied to one nearly flawless single surface, so even though it takes a lot of time, it is used to create high-end quality.
보통 고급 상가나 고급 주택에서 높은 수준의 페인트 퀄리티 마감을 위해 올퍼티를 진행하는데요, 올퍼티는 벽이나 천장의 벽이 매끄럽고, 석고보드들의 단차가 거의 없어 ‘거의 완벽한 하나의 벽면’처럼 페인트 마감을 할 수 있기 때문에 시간이 많이 걸리더라도 하이 엔드 퀄리티를 만들기 위해 진행합니다.

We painted a total of two practice rooms. In the photos, a few areas that have not dried yet are slightly visible, but the colors turned out beautifully!
총 두 곳의 실습실을 도장했습니다. 사진으로는 아직 마르지 않은 부분이 살짝 보이긴 하지만, 색감이 아주 잘 나왔네요! 😉

“페인트는 완벽한 선이 전부다” 라고 말할 정도로 하나의 색이나 다양한 색이 조화를 이룰 때 ‘칼선’을 중요하게 봅니다. 선이 삐뚤빼뚤하지 않으면 전체적으로 균형감있고 깔끔한 느낌을 줄 수 있습니다.
